Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Own Projects. Drive Growth. Lead the Commercial Function. Location: Sittingbourne, Kent £65K–£80K + Bonus + Real Progression I’m recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor role that’s a genuine step up – not just another QS job. My client is a growing commercial contractor working across Kent and the Southeast. They’re looking for someone who can own the full commercial and estimating function—from cost planning and procurement through to final accounts and strategic input. If you\’re a Quantity Surveyor feeling boxed in, under utilized, or just ready to lead instead of follow – this is for you.
