The Role
- Lead on complex corporate tax advisory projects, working closely with the firm's 10+ partners and fee earners.
- Advise on business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, company purchases of own shares, management buyouts, and group restructurings.
- Oversee corporation tax compliance, reviewing work from tax team members.
- Provide strategic guidance on corporate tax planning, with exposure to personal and capital taxes.
- Experience in employee share schemes and employment taxes is beneficial but not essential.

- CTA or ACA qualified with strong corporate tax expertise.
- Experience gained in a Big 4 or mid-sized accountancy firm.
- Strong advisory skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with owner-managed businesses (OMB).
