Our client based in Basingstoke are currently looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. They are a growing business offering a great opportunity to work within a brilliant team and really contribute towards helping them reach their growth plans. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and team lead/team management experience is essential.
Shift patterns and pay rates:
- Monday to Friday £13.46 per hour (£28,000 per annum)
- Week 1 - 06:00-14:00
- Week 2- 14:00-22:00

The role:
- Working on the production line.
- Carrying out production responsibilities.
- Answering employee queries.
- Prioritising own workload and supporting overall workflow plans with the ability to adapt to any changes.
- Solving production issues alongside Production Supervisor.
- Reporting stock damages, losses or concerns.
- Maintaining health and safety requirements.
- Supporting staff, encouraging and motivating the team.
- Logging start to finish process of products.
- Provide training to new/existing team members.
- Manual handling of heavy packages.
- Adhering to health and safety requirements.
