As a key member of the warehouse team, you'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and managing our stock of AV equipment to ensure the smooth and professional delivery of every project. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organised, reliable, and technically minded.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the AV warehouse.
- Maintain strict quality control on all AV equipment.
- Prep and check AV kit against job sheets using our rental management software.
- Ensure all kit is clean, functional, correctly labelled, and ready for dispatch.
- Manage returns - scan, test, and restock equipment, flagging any missing or faulty items.
- Book repairs and perform minor equipment repairs as needed.
- Assist in the prep and de-prep of rental projects and system builds.
- Help coordinate deliveries and collections, and assist with vehicle loading/unloading.
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Admin, and the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse at all times.
Requirements
- AV warehouse experience / working with or with AV equipment preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of AV kit (or a strong willingness to learn).
