Key Responsibilities

Help run the daily operations of the AV warehouse

Prep and check AV equipment to the highest standards

Use rental software to track jobs, sense check job sheets, and flag any issues

Assist with the loading/unloading of vehicles and coordinate deliveries

Test, clean, and store returned kit – and report any missing or faulty items

Carry out basic repairs and book faulty items for service

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Support system prep for returning assets and rental projects

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and operations

Assist with the Systems Integration warehouse when required

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Previous experience with AV equipment – working as a warehouse prep technician
