Freelance Site Manager (Retail Refurbishment)

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a fit out / refurbishment company. The offer nationwide services to their customers, and are requiring a Freelance Site Manager to work across some of their schemes based within the Yorkshire region. \\n\\n The Role\\n\\nYou will be working across the Yorkshire region, working on enhancement and maintenance schemes for live supermarkets.

These schemes will last for 4 weeks at a time.\\n\\nDuties include but are not limited to:\\n\\nChair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)\\nRecord onsite progress and lookaheads\\nReport into Senior Management\\nFollow H&S guidelines Required Qualifications/Experience\\n\\nExperience working on retail fit out / refurb projects – specifically Supermarkets\\nCSCS, SMSTS, First Aid\\nMinimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position\\nOwn Laptop – ability to download clients app to work off\\nUK driving license and access to own vehicle What's on offer\\n\\nDay / hourly rate – whatever your preference\\nWeekly pay on a Friday\\nMileage paid for if travelling over 30 miles to siteHow to apply\\n\\nPlease apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Brad at Fawkes & Reece on (phone number removed)
