My client, a well-established and ambitious financial planning business based near Bromley, is looking for an experienced and proactive Independent Financial Adviser to join their team in a hunter-style role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to source and develop new business. You will be responsible for delivering tailored financial planning advice across a broad range of products, including pensions, investments, protection and tax strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth, managing their own client relationships, and helping clients make informed and profitable financial decisions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Diploma-qualified (Level 4 minimum) with a strong grasp of financial planning regulations and compliance
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a financial adviser role, with a consistent record of generating new business
