We are hiring for a Project Manager who holds relevant construction qualifications and has experience managing fit-out and build projects. This is a nationwide role involving commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will be expected to manage works on-site and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Duties of a Project Manager

In this role, you will be working in the Projects Team to ensure the delivery of construction and fit-out works to quality, time, and budget requirements. Reporting to senior leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams, you will be responsible for:• Overseeing project development from start to finish• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables• Creating project plans and communication strategies• Managing stakeholder expectations and communication• Monitoring budgets, resources, and timelines

Skills and experience of a Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you need to have experience with:• Delivering commercial fit-out and construction projects nationwide• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources

It would be beneficial to the Freelance Project Manager role if you also had:• Site Safety Plus or similar H&S certifications• Experience with full project lifecycle management• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)• A valid UK driving licence
