A leading consultancy in the planning sector is seeking an experienced RTPI qualified Planner or Senior Planner to join their established and highly respected team based in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse and regionally significant portfolio of projects across the South West.
The Role: You will be working within a dynamic and collaborative team on a broad range of planning projects, including:
- Strategic Urban Extensions and new settlements
- Major industrial, logistics, and commercial developments
- Town centre regeneration and retail repurposing
- Large-scale mixed-use urban schemes
- Rural planning and estate portfolios
Clients include landowners, private individuals, institutions, developers, promoters, national and regional housebuilders, commercial operators, and investors.
