This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Paralegal to manage their own caseload and develop their career with long-term prospects.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage your own sale and purchase caseload under the direction of an experienced lawyer, supported by an administrative team and advanced case management systems.
- Assist the supervising lawyer in managing and progressing all sale and purchase files within your team.
- Review Contract Packs, raise appropriate legal enquiries, and prepare and deliver advice to clients on all aspects of the transaction.
- Draft and approve legal documents under lawyer supervision.
- Handle accounts paperwork, Stamp Duty Land Transaction Returns, Exchange of Contracts, and oversee Completions.
- Supervise and mentor Conveyancing Assistants.
- Proactively update clients and referrers throughout the process.
