This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning business who’ve been around for almost 100 years, and who are constantly evolving their engineering abilities. They work with some of the world’s largest manufacturers and household names and are involved in fantastic projects.

The Role

Based at their impressive Heanor facility you’ll be plating and welding a range of large and small assemblies with the aid of engineering drawings. Utilising predominantly MIG, there may be the occasional need for TIG, so you’ll need to be proficient in both. This is generally the heavier end of engineering, so you’ll need to be familiar with this, as opposed to light gauge welding. You’ll be involved in the manufacture of these large units and may be called on to assist with the installation on a customer’s site. In this you’ll be working in a team to ensure the safe and accurate finishing of the installation. This is a permanent role and based on Days. Overtime will be available if you want it, and this is paid at enhanced rates.
