About the Service

We’re launching a specialist residential Short Breaks home in Mountsorrel to support children and young people (aged 8-18) with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour. This beautiful new home will accommodate up to 3 young people at a time, offering them opportunities to:

  • Enjoy enriching experiences
  • Build friendships
  • Develop confidence, independence, and emotional/social skills

Please note: While the home is being prepared, you may be required to work across nearby homes in Hinckley, Coalville, Braunstone, and Syston.

Key Responsibilities

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be the heart of the home. You’ll be responsible for leading, supporting, and empowering your team while creating a warm and safe environment for young people to thrive.
