HVAC Technician – Join a Leading Retail Facilities Team Location: Various store locations (daily travel required) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (42.5 hours/week) with a standby rota (1 week every 4 weeks) Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking to work in a dynamic, multi-site retail environment? We\’re recruiting for a critical role responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained stores across the region. What you\’ll be doing: Performing scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on HVAC plant and equipment in line with established procedures Responding promptly and professionally to service call requests and alarms, assessing and completing repairs efficiently Servicing and maintaining a variety of HVAC assets including air handling units, gas-fired heating systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, heat pumps, split air conditioning, and associated plant Identifying faults beyond repair and advising on recommended replacements Always working within strict Health, Safety & Environmental standards What you\’ll need: Recognised Commercial Gas qualifications with at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1 F Gas (2079) qualification <li…
