This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor to join a professional and expanding Property Services company. The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a busy, successful team. This role involves conducting a variety of Commercial and Residential Level 2 and Level 3 Property Surveys for private clients, as well as handling professional instructions under the Landlord & Tenant Act.

Applicants must be RICS qualified with post-qualification experience, and ideally a Registered Valuer, to undertake professional valuations when required.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Conduct Residential and Commercial Level 2 & Level 3 Surveys for private clients.
  • Carry out professional valuation work, including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures.
  • Provide accurate, high-quality reports and advice.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service.
  • Work independently, managing your own caseload and scheduling.

  • RICS qualified and ideally a Registered Valuer.
  • Post-qualification experience essential.
  • Valuation experience in the Bexleyheath market beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
