This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor to join a professional and expanding Property Services company. The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a busy, successful team. This role involves conducting a variety of Commercial and Residential Level 2 and Level 3 Property Surveys for private clients, as well as handling professional instructions under the Landlord & Tenant Act.
Applicants must be RICS qualified with post-qualification experience, and ideally a Registered Valuer, to undertake professional valuations when required.
