The Role:

You don’t need to be an experienced teacher — the college is keen to support a skilled, Level 3 qualified Bricklayer to step into teaching. You’ll deliver practical and theoretical sessions to learners on full-time and apprenticeship programmes, sharing your industry knowledge and shaping the future workforce.

What’s on offer?

• Salary Up to £39,000 per annum
• Levelling Up Premium - you could receive an extra £6,000 tax-free (subject to eligibility)
• Annual Leave 44 days plus bank holidays, with an additional week off over Christmas without using your leave
• Access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme with a generous 26.68% employer contribution

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying or equivalent
• Strong industry experience
• A passion for developing young people and helping them build skills for life
• No teaching experience required as full teacher training and support will be provided, but you must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification
