The Role
As a Trainee Estimator, you’ll play a vital role in converting customer requirements into professional, tailored solutions. You will be responsible for preparing quotations and producing accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings that meet specification, budget, and aesthetic criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing accurate and detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings to support customer quotations
- Responding to customer enquiries and gathering detailed technical information
- Creating clear and competitive quotations
- Following up on quotations to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Using a CRM system to manage sales activities and customer data
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver complete solutions
- Supporting sales growth by increasing quotation volumes and improving conversion rates
