Are you an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a driven individual for an exciting new build multi-storey car park project in Bridlington. Commencing at the beginning of June 2025 and set to run until February 2026, this project boasts a significant and fascinating array of civils elements as well as build. You will be overseeing extensive earthworks, piling, retaining walls, and even a beck diversion, so experience in this is essential.
After the project ends, there will be more work in East Midlands, Yorkshire and NE Lincs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and the client.
- Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on significant civil engineering and build projects.
- Strong understanding of complex civils elements, including earthworks, piling, and retaining walls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to health and safety best practices.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).
