Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 35 hours per week
Holidays: 22 days’ holiday (plus additional days at Christmas and statutory Bank Holidays)
ROLE
- Undertake secretarial work as requested including typing, photocopying and correspondence.
- Assist with file management including openings, closures and reviews.
- Manage appointment scheduling and diary entries.
- Maintain correct storage and retrieval of documents.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Dictation and audio typing skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT Literate, role will involve Outlook email, calendar and WORD.
