Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service? We are looking for an Administrator to support our client's team of Financial Advisers in providing exceptional service to clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the Financial Advisers can meet client demands effectively.
- Organising and scheduling client appointments.
- Managing and updating client databases, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
- Preparing client meeting packs, including files and valuations.
- Drafting financial suitability letters with recommendations for investments, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handling all types of client correspondence and preparing supporting documentation.
- Processing client transactions, including new applications, withdrawals, and fund switches.
- Liaising with providers to obtain necessary paperwork, monitor application progress, and keep records up to date.
- Attending client meetings with Financial Advisers where required.
- Opening, sorting, and distributing post in a timely manner.
- Supporting research and analysis to tailor financial recommendations to individual client needs.
