Overview: My client is looking for a skilled and proactive Apprenticeship Standards and Compliance Officer to take the lead on all administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in maintaining the high-quality delivery of their apprenticeship programmes.
Experience:
- Proven experience supporting Apprenticeship programmes, with a strong understanding of End-Point Assessment (EPA) processes
- Solid background in Quality Assurance and/or working within a Management Information Systems (MIS) function
- Demonstrated success in administrative roles, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- A clear understanding of safeguarding practices relating to young people and vulnerable adults
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility to ensure all apprentices are fully compliant including but not limited to; sign up/new start paperwork, off the job training hours, monthly monitoring etc
- Administer the sign up or new apprentices, preparing paperwork for staff
- Act as the senior administrator of Smart Assessor working with the performance manager and assessors to ensure this system retains comprehensive and up to date data
