Battery Manufacturing Process Engineer

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles is currently looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer. The successful candidate will mainly focus on fixture design & implementing changes of procedures. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will: * Design and develop equipment, jigs, fixtures, rigs, and custom automation solutions. * Implement change and refine processes to facilitate production scale-up. * Partner with stakeholders, from lead engineers to technicians, to ensure successful product delivery. * Specify, source, and commission equipment required for manufacturing and assembly processes. * Industrialise and automate prototype assembly processes for seamless integration into production lines. * Design and develop manufacturing lines for prototype-to-pilot and pilot-to-production transitions. * Enhance key manufacturing stages to improve efficiency and output quality. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will have: * Minimum 2 years of industrial experience and a degree in a relevant engineering field. * Proficiency in 3D CAD software and PLM systems, particularly Siemens NX and Teamcenter. * Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. * Experience with batteries is desirable but not mandatory. * First aid and health and safety knowledge are advantageous.
