Key Responsibilities- Delivering core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters.
- Leading refurbishment and fit-out projects, with full project management responsibilities.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on asset management and property maintenance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat and new business.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
- MRICS qualified with extensive experience in Building Surveying.
