We are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Small Works Project Manager to oversee a series of internal projects on a major commercial office headquarters building in the City of London. The role involves project managing mechanical projects typically between 100K and 500K in individual value, eg. Chiller and VRV replacement, system re-configuration, plant room changes etc. The building is partly in occupation. You will be managing several projects simultaneously.

Our client is a well run and professional, established contractor. The role has excellent prospects either as a very long term contract position or permanent staff if preferred. There are other career possibilities as well within the business. Some outside hours working will be necessary but there is also a good amount of flexibility and you will be able to manage your own time and work from home occasionally depending on the projects you are managing at the time.

We are looking for a client facing, experienced and confident Mechanical Bias small works project manager who is suitably experienced and qualified. You should live within easy travelling distance of Central London.
