Fusion Resources are currently recruiting for a Production Operative at our Client in Malton. This is not seasonal work, it is ongoing and you will have the chance of a permanent contract after 12 weeks. The client offers chance of overtime and great overtime rates of pay. This job is suitable for those who live in Scarborough, York, Malton, Pickering, and surrounding areas.
Duties:
- The role will involve operating machinery, packing the products in boxes, making up boxes, handling food in a nice and warm environment.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Able to commit to full-time hours.
- Reliable and have good timekeeping.
- Previous factory experience preferred, although not essential as full training will be given.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
- Own transport (car, van etc) is preferred but not essential.
The Pay Rates/Hours:
- 12 hours Days: 4 - 5 shifts per week from 6am-6pm - Monday to Friday – weekends off.
- Days: £12.67 - days; £19.00 Overtime Monday to Saturday after 44 hrs; £25.34 Overtime done on Sunday after 44 hrs.
- Nights: £13.50 - nights; £20.25 Overtime Monday to Saturday after 44 hrs; £27.00 Overtime done on Sunday after 44 hrs.
- Overtime is payable after Rota hours.
