Are you friendly, organised, and ready to hit the ground running? We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to support a busy front desk in Horsham. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment while making a real difference in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly
- Managing appointment bookings and schedules
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and emails
- Supporting general administrative tasks (e.g. filing, photocopying, data entry)
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Liaising with internal staff and external visitors
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- A Basic DBS check is required for this role
