Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly
  • Managing appointment bookings and schedules
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and emails
  • Supporting general administrative tasks (e.g. filing, photocopying, data entry)
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Liaising with internal staff and external visitors
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
  • A Basic DBS check is required for this role

Duration: Temporary role, with potential to extend depending on business needs.
