This independent, boutique events agency pride themselves on delivering perfectly tailored, stand out experiences across the world - from global conferences and private client events to intimate meetings and elaborate parties they deliver exceptional experiences time and time again. With a strong, loyal and growing client base and a dedicated and passionate team there has never been a better time to come on board. Due to their on-going success, they have established a long-standing client base with various corporates, charities and private clients and are now looking to expand the team in order to ensure they can continue to successfully deliver outstanding events for their clients!
THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Head of Events to come on board and lead their delivery team. A broad role responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operational delivery
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and improved efficiencies
- Overseeing project delivery on larger projects
- Client management at a strategic level including pitching as required
- Supplier management and negotiation
- Ensuring resource management and allocation for projects
- Senior level stakeholder management
- Line management and development of the team including identifying training needs
- Onsite management when required
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must come with a solid and proven background of managing and developing teams as well as overseeing delivery. An operational background is preferred, as is experience within an agency setting, however other backgrounds will be considered. Candidates must be able to travel onsite when required to oversee delivery.
