We're working with a well-established organisation in the services sector that's looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee core accounting and reporting functions during an exciting period of evolution and growth. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, but also loves the bigger picture - budgeting, forecasting, leadership, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement. You'll be leading a capable team, working with senior stakeholders, and playing a key role in financial strategy and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of accounts
  • Managing a small team and aligning their goals with broader finance objectives
  • Supporting budgeting, reforecasting, and financial performance analysis
  • Monitoring working capital, internal controls, and audit readiness
  • Contributing to governance, risk management, and operational improvements
  • Acting as a finance business partner across departments and regions

  • A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting
