The predicted salary is between 24000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

Β£30k basic with Β£53k OTE

Location: Tonbridge

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5:30pm) / Saturday (08.30am – 5pm) and 1 in 3 Sundays (10:00am – 4pm). A day off in lieu will be given each week for working on the Saturday.

Our client, located in Tonbridge, is looking for an experienced Transaction Manager to join their team. They are open to also consider candidates looking to take a step-up from their current role. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve their targets on new and used car sales, finance and add-on’s, finance renewals, lead management and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maximising profitable sales or finance and insurance products.
  • Help stack deals (including valuing part exchange cars) for the sales consultants and second face customers when required.
  • Assisting in the closing of sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling.
  • Managing workload and multiple customers.
  • Diary management.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Knowledge of the main dealer sales world.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
