Transaction Manager

Transaction Manager £30k basic with £53k OTE Tonbridge Permanent/Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5:30pm) / Saturday (08.30am – 5pm) and 1 in 3 Sundays (10:00am – 4pm) / A day off in lieu will be given each work for working on the Saturday. Our client, located in Tonbridge, is looking for an Transaction Manager to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities: * You will be working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve their targets on new and used car sales, finance and add-on’s, finance renewals, lead management and customer satisfaction targets. * Maximising profitable sales or finance and insurance products. * Help stack deals (including valuing part exchange cars) for the sales consultants and second face customers when required. * Assisting in the closing of sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling. * Managing workload and multiple customers. * Diary management. Your Background & Skill: * Experience as a Transaction Manager/Business Manager/Sales Controller or a Senior Sales Executive looking for a step up * Full UK Driving Licence. * Knowledge of the main dealer sales world. * Ability to work well within a team. * Excellent communication skills.
