I am very excited to partner with a longstanding client of ours to support their search for a Project Manager to lead a high profile system migration for one of their property management clients. This system migration will be from one property management and accounting system onto another. Once the business has been successfully migrated onto its new platform, the integration of four new applications will need to be completed.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available with experience working within the real estate or property management sector and with MRI Horizon and/or TRAMPS property management system.
Ideally you will:
- Showcase proven experience in a Project Manager position, successfully leading end to end system implementation and migrations. A Prince2 qualification would be highly desirable to my client.
- Have worked within the property management or real estate sector with system knowledge around MIR Horizon (Prolease Enterprise) and/or TRAMPS.
- Be immediately available and have the ability to 'hit the ground running' within this role.
