We are recruiting for a Building Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team on a commercial site based near Liverpool Street. You'll be joining a great company, have the chance to progress further within your career, have your travel covered, and work on a great site!
For the role of Building Maintenance Engineer, we are looking for either electrically or mechanically qualified engineers to carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, report into the contract manager, update site log books, carry out general maintenance, and ensure the site is running efficiently.
To be successful for the Building Maintenance Engineer role, you must be qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), have at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a client-facing attitude, and live within a commutable distance to Fulham.
Building Maintenance Engineer Duties:- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
- Organising subcontractors
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
- Risk assessments
- Permits to work
- Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- A client-facing attitude
- Live within a commutable distance to Fulham
Salary and Package: £43,000 - £47,000 per annum, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, exposure to a high-end contract, join a well-renowned company, company pension scheme, additional training, overtime available, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
