We are delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Legal Executive Assistant opportunity at a US law firm based in an iconic London landmark. They are offering a very competitive salary, along with benefits and a bonus. This is a 12-month contract supporting the Head of the London Funds Team and Co-Chair of the firm's Global Real Estate Funds Practice. The ideal start date is mid to late July, allowing for a comprehensive 2-month handover.
About the Role:
This is a 1:1 Executive Assistant position, providing high-level support to a senior Shareholder. You will be the right hand managing a fast-paced and dynamic workload with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Organising complex international travel and itineraries
- Scheduling client meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and attending key meetings
- Managing a business development tracker and prompting follow-ups
- Booking venues, taxis, and coordinating logistics for client events and travel
