This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health professional to play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct health surveillance in line with risk assessments, including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Tests, and medicals for FLT drivers, hot workers, and night workers.Provide travel medicine services, including vaccinations.Carry out well-person screening and manage employee case referrals.Lead and promote health initiatives across the business and manage sickness absence.Perform pre-employment medicals, including drug testing.Support Mental Health First Aiders and participate in EHS committee meetings.Maintain accurate electronic health records and produce reports as requested by HR and EHS teams.Take on special project work as required and help enhance the overall occupational health service.
