Job Summary Reward (C&B) specialist will support reward integration, M&A and greenfield activities within the EMEA region. The role would be involved in all aspects of employee benefits (risk insurance, healthcare, pension, leave etc.) and compensation (base salary, bonuses, stock and commissions) within EMEA. Responsibilities Support EMEA Reward Lead with business-critical reward projects in the regions such as M&A, expansions, etc. Develops, analyzes, and makes suggestions for compensation and benefits programs in support of the EMEA region to ensure they are aligned with the Equinix Rewards philosophy, externally competitive, fiscally responsible, and aligned with business expectations. Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, understand trends, and distills information into actionable insights from a variety of sources on compensation and benefits. Participate in off-cycle market analysis and job grading for the region and provide guidance on the company’s job architecture. Keep abreast of regulatory changes in the region impacting reward that the company needs to comply with. Ensuring compensation and benefit plans comply with national and local labor laws. Support the establishment of benefits and pension governance process for new countries and revamp the reward governance process by collaborating with HR services, benefits brokers and payroll. Support implementation of various global compensation and benefits policies across the region Provide advice and guidance on all key benefits and compensation elements as needed to HR Business Partners, country HR Leads, and talent acquisition, including C&B queries May be required to submit data to third party vendors for external benchmarking for compensation and benefits Manage key relationships with vendors ensuring smooth running of benefits implementation and renewals Execute key activities to administer benefits programs including costing, enrolment windows, define eligibility, manage vendor onboarding tasks with procurement & legal etc. Support employee communication process and change management relating to M&A activities Work closely with the global compensation and benefits team Qualifications Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills – both oral and written Considerable knowledge in one or more key compensation and benefits subject matter areas Ability to presents facts and information to management/internal stakeholders Experience in designing & implementing compensation and benefits programs, preferably across multiple locations Experience with reward integration and M&A activities is an advantage Ability to manage projects and collaborate with multiple HR and Functional stakeholders across locations 5+ years of experience in Reward preferred
