As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you'll play a key role in delivering expert support to clients and Account Executives alike.
What will you be doing as a Senior Commercial Account Handler?
- Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotes
- Supporting Account Executives with day-to-day account management
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Responding to insurance queries quickly, accurately, and professionally
- Preparing and issuing proposals and policy documents
- Ensuring all administration complies with FCA and company procedures
- Developing knowledge of insurer products and specialist schemes
