Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator to work for a well established company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The Administrator will be supporting the managers with everyday admin, updating systems, dealing with queries etc.
Salary: £28-30K
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex. Hybrid working after probation
Admin support duties:
- Answering queries
- Monitoring and checking of documents, updating systems
- Making and updating bookings
- Ordering staff uniforms and equipment
- Work with the Finance department to investigate and resolve payment queries
- Update and monitor inhouse prices / policies etc
- Monitor and respond to all customers communications via telephone and email
Skills and experience:
- Proven administration and customer services skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
