Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Land Investment Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our land investment company. This role is ideal for someone with strong research and organisational skills who is interested in land acquisition and property development strategy. You will play a vital part in identifying and targeting potential land opportunities using industry tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the core administrative functions supporting the land investment team.
  • Use specialist software such as Searchland, GIS mapping tools, Land Registry, and local planning portals to research and identify potential land sites.
  • Target landowners with company information via email and post.
  • Research local authority plans and call-for-sites documents to pinpoint areas with long-term strategic development potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of sites, outreach activity, and responses.
  • Support with document preparation, correspondence, and general administrative duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with mapping tools, land data platforms, or planning systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in land, property, or planning is desirable.

Salary: c£25,500 basic, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension 3%/5%, 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
