Position Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer/Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on-site training to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety of equipment, including fire pumps, sprinkler systems, water systems, booster sets and related equipment.
- Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner.
- Provide on-site training to customers across a number of industries.
- Perform troubleshooting, service & repair activities on site, both alone and as part of a team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump industry ideally within Fire Protection/Sprinklers etc.
- UK Driving License
- Mechanical Engineering qualifications
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
