Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the team to develop direct intermediary channels for mortgage referrals in alignment with their strategy
– Collaborate with the Business Development team to manage and refine their strategy and loan book
– Work closely with Credit Risk to maintain an acceptable risk level in the loan portfolio and foster a strong risk culture
– Underwrite mortgages per their guidelines to achieve sales targets and provide compliant mortgage advice
– Actively support the CEO and Board, implementing tools to track team performance against roles
