We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join a dynamic business in Bradford. The company is an interior fit out contractor who operate in the retail, commercial, airport, health and education sectors on projects between £20,000 and £1.5 million in value. The role of Quantity Surveyor / Estimator is to provide commercial support on projects to ensure that it is tendered, procured and delivered within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for the delivery of the projects to meet financial targets. You will have good communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with both the supply chain and customers.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Experience working for an interior fit out contractor in a quantity surveying and estimating capacity
- Previous experience of projects in the retail and commercial sectors would be preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial acumen
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent IT skills
