An exciting opportunity has opened for a Production Technician to join a specialist manufacturer of high-precision geophysical equipment, supplying bespoke tools to clients around the world. Based in Glan Conwy, North Wales, this role is ideal for someone with a mix of electrical, electronics, and mechanical skills who enjoys working in a hands-on and varied environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of precision tools and components
- Fault-finding, repairs, and troubleshooting of returned equipment
- Functional, performance, and reliability testing of products
- Calibration of data acquisition tools
- Use of test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers
- Creating test procedures and maintaining quality control documentation
- Assisting with the packaging and preparation of customer orders
- Liaising with the manufacturing team as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Practical mechanical skills with attention to detail
