As they scale, they’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Operations Director to help them grow efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your Role: As Operations Director, you’ll lead the Company’s end-to-end operations—from customer journey fulfillment and surveyor coordination to process optimisation and team management. You’ll build a high-performing ops function, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
