The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical package on flagship projects. These high-profile projects require a strong leader who can drive delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
You will work collaboratively with the design team, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure the mechanical works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of mechanical installation and commissioning
- Manage subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and technical standards
- Support and guide mechanical design development with in-house and external consultants
- Uphold site-wide health & safety compliance
- Report regularly to the Project Director and represent the business in client meetings
- Ensure a smooth handover with full QA/QC documentation completed
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or established M&E specialists
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems, project scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
