An exciting opportunity to join a well-established and successful IT Managed Services Provider based in Maldon, Essex.
Weβre looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our friendly, collaborative team. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines IT support, installation, and administration β ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
About the Role:
Youβll be providing technical support to our growing business client base via phone, remote access, email, and on-site. Day-to-day tasks will include:
β’ Supporting and installing Windows PCs, Windows Servers, printers, routers, and Microsoft 365
β’ Assisting with broadband, routers, switches Wi-Fi access points and data cabling
β’ Getting involved in telephony β supporting and administering mobile fleets, landline, and hosted systems
β’ Learning about and supporting communications equipment provided to clients
β’ Travel to client sites (primarily in Essex and London) β access to personal transport is a big plus
β’ Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Previous experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
β’ Strong communication skills β clear, friendly and professional
β’ A practical, proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in IT and problem-solving
β’ Someone keen to expand their technical knowledge and grow within the IT support sector
β’ Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrable hands-on experience
