Role Summary
As an SIA Licensed Event Security Officer, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding attendees, artists, and crew, maintaining access control, monitoring crowds, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and visible security presence
- Monitor crowds and respond to incidents as needed
- Control access to restricted areas and secure perimeters
- Support emergency protocols and maintain order
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or Close Protection Licence.
- Experience in festival or event security (Preferred)
- Good communication, awareness, and teamwork skills
- Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the UK
- Must be available for all shift dates (4 or 5 nights)

MANDATORY CAMPING REQUIREMENT
All staff must camp on site – no exceptions. You are not permitted to sleep in your vehicle or at home, even if local. Bring your own camping gear: tent, sleeping bag, roll mat, and personal items. Facilities include washing areas, showers, and power points for charging devices.
MEALS & FOOD PLANNING
You will receive two hot meals per day – breakfast and evening meal. All other food/snacks are at your own expense. We strongly recommend bringing your own rations to support your dietary needs during working hours.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. You will need to arrange your own travel to and from the festival site.
ELIGIBILITY & VISA INFORMATION
- You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work on a self-employed basis.
- If you are not a UK passport holder, you must not be on a student visa or any visa that restricts self-employment.
- We can assist you with registering as self-employed if required.
- Do not apply if you are on a student visa or an overseas visa that limits self-employment.
COMPLIANCE & RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We conduct a rigorous recruitment process in line with BS7858:2019 standards, including full compliance checks and vetting. If you are not willing to undergo this compliance screening, please do not apply.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are made within 30 days of each event. In some cases, payment can be processed faster, within 7-14 days after event completion.
