We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various ground mount projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage utility-scale solar farm projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations, planning permissions, and health & safety standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including local authorities, landowners, and investors.
  • Monitor site progress and report regularly to senior management.
