We are working with an Architecture practice offering a hybrid working model with a requirement to attend the office at least two days per week. This is a rare opportunity for an Architect (ARB or overseas) to join a leading practice but not be required to commute into London every day. They specialise in a wide range of sectors, all large scale technical Revit projects, with a focus on Revit-based delivery.
Role Overview:
As an Architect, you will play a key role in design development, project coordination, and team leadership. You will be involved in all RIBA stages (0-7) and help deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design packages across all stages of a project, from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless integration of all design elements, including structure, MEP, interiors, and landscape.
- Produce high-quality project documentation, including GA drawings, specifications, schedules, and visualisations.
- Participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions.
- Oversee junior team members, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of building design, construction, and building codes.
- Solid experience with Revit.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
