We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our small, dedicated team providing day opportunities for Adults with Learning Disabilities. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives. You will work 30 hours over four days. Your primary responsibility will be to provide practical, emotional, and behavioural support to individuals accessing our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with personal care, eating, and drinking
  • Promote independence and help develop life skills
  • Act as a Keyworker for a small group of individuals
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up to date records
  • Liaise with families, carers, and other professionals
  • Adapt to new challenges and ways of working as needed

About You:

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver with UK manual licence & own vehicle. D1 on the licence. Able to undertake the Midas training - Non-negotiable
  • Previous experience in a social care setting is desirable but not essential - full training and support provided
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (GCSE English)
  • Able to work with families and communicate effectively to family members
  • Promote independence and daily living skills
  • Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
  • Be able to work using their own initiative and as part of a team
