Key Responsibilities:
- Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of a wide range of Security, Fire, TV, and Data systems alongside our engineering team.
- Assist with system demonstrations and handovers to clients and their representatives, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Carry out routine service visits, repairs, and maintenance to ensure systems remain fully operational and compliant.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with site contacts and internal teams throughout all stages of the project.
- Produce high-quality written and/or video reports to document work carried out, ensuring all information is accurate and comprehensive.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Solid working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry, and Intruder Alarm Systems, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
