We are seeking a strategic Transformation Director to lead high-impact change across our clients Tech and Data business. This role will drive the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that support growth, improve operational performance, and future-proof the organization with a focus on Technology initiatives, Data and Artificial Intelligence strategy.
You will work closely with senior leadership to align transformation priorities with business goals, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI transformation programmes
- Partner with leadership to define and drive strategic priorities
- Identify opportunities for improvement across processes, technology, and structure
- Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans
- Track progress and impact through clear KPIs and reporting
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience influencing at board or executive level
