We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position based in Dorset. This engineer will be working as a team on a medium sized static site in Poole. The right person for this position will already have a strong multi skilled building services background, with a preference for those holding at least level 3 with 18th edition electrical qualifications.
The role involves dealing with all of the site's planned and reactive maintenance, which will include:
- Emergency lighting
- Compliance checks
- AHU maintenance
- Plant room maintenance
- Light fittings
- Water testing
This is a static position, so there will not be a company van.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- Based in a commutable distance to Poole
- Minimum of a level 2 electrical qualification and 18th edition
- Level 3 electrical qualification would be preferred
- Good mechanical maintenance knowledge
Package:
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Out of hours overtime available
