We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in North East England for a period of 3 months with the strong possibility of an extension. The client is looking for someone on a part time basis, whilst the successful candidate will be able to attend the office each working.
Duties
- Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
- Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files from inception to completion
Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
